Texas-size dreams surrounded Dr. Alddo Molinar from the age of 5. As a 1st generation American, the future of helping people had never been a question. Life-changing events starting in the 6th grade validated the gifted young anesthesiologist drive and passion. After watching his family’s life drastically morph, Alddo Molinar knew that he needed to focus on easing the pain of both patients and their families. With this tenacity and grit, he found a life partner who shared his passion. 

 

Dr. Molinar fills his days the best way he knows how to work to stamp out diseases. If he is not actively in the operating room, he is readily available. At any time, he is an arms-length of where he might be needed. Being a team player is a priority for Alddo Molinar. As Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Medical Director of Anesthesia East Ohio Regional Hospital, and President of Molinar Anesthesia Consultants LLC, he has a proven record of outstanding leadership.

Leading by example, he is reflective and disciplined and believes ideas are what create results. He is diligent in using his team’s strengths to give the patients the highest quality of care, as they deserve. Alddo Molinar shares how innovations in patient care and medicine “gets me very excited.” Technology and monitoring anesthesia allows Dr. Molinar and global anesthesiologists have the freedom to attend to patients.
